Good location and great for bigger families
The bidet was leaking and the hot
Water is not hot. The bed was and pillow were not comfortable

Closed to CIQ, walkable distance to cafes as well, spacious rooms and good water heater and hair dryer
The honks can be heard from the CIQ where vehicles are departing & entering into the country

I enjoyed the location of the hotel. Very convenient for visiting multiple locations at town area.
The hotel has no carpet/rug, and was not provided with hotel slippers. Both toilets had bad leaking. Main toilet has ceiling leaking, water dripping continuously. Common toilet has leaking sink. The kitchen has a loose/faulty pipe sink that looks it can break at any time.
