Leaking from the ceiling in the master bathroom. Common toilet bidet was leaking also.

Closed to CIQ, walkable distance to cafes as well, spacious rooms and good water heater and hair dryer

The honks can be heard from the CIQ where vehicles are departing & entering into the country

I had to use the system to check in and out. On the second day, I tried multiple times to request a self late check-out through the system, but it would not allow me to do so. I reached out to the staff via WhatsApp but did not receive a response. I also contacted support through the website and was initially told that a late check-out might be possible. However, I was informed only at the last hour that it was not possible because a new guest was arriving at 12:00 PM. Considering the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM, so to have us checking out at 11:00 AM and having a new guest check in just one hour later seemed rather surprising. I’ve stayed at Suasana several times, and this is the first time I’ve encountered such a hiccup. On the positive side, the room was clean. There were a few minor issues: * The common toilet shower drain was clogged. Fortunately, my children used the bathtub, so we managed. * The living room floor was slippery when we arrived, so I cleaned it myself. * There were no hand towels provided. * There was no tissue available. * Living room has zero curtain. Opposite hotel could clearly see us, considering the super close distance. These were not major concerns individually, but together they affected the overall experience. Moving forward, I would recommend improving the check-in/check-out system and communication process. Clear and timely responses would go a long way in preventing unnecessary frustration and improving guest satisfaction. Thank you
