The apartment setup was beautiful and comfortable.
The troublesome of deposit through TouchNGo e-wallet, and getting the deposit back more than 24hrs after the stay.

Value for many, spacious rooms with attached toilets. Location is strategic, in the centre of JB & nearby tourist attraction. Wi-Fi network was good.
Air conditioning doesn’t work well, for both rooms & at the hall (must always on the fan mode mood, if not will turn off after few minutes). To be specific room no 2106. Both toilets were smelly.

The place is convenient. Near to most mkn places. Near to CIQ and city square. From the apartment u can see the custom.
The property is abit run down. Door knob of the master bedroom toilet was upside down. Common toilet shelve were all peeling off.
