    This was our first time staying at a hotel where we had to use a car lift to park inside the building. Unfortunately, our experience with the security guard with spec was extremely disappointing. We weren’t expecting five-star service from the security staff, but we certainly expected basic courtesy and professionalism. The guard seemed very unhappy with his job and took his frustration out on the guests. We politely asked him where we should park because we were unfamiliar with the parking system. It was a simple question, but instead of answering us properly, he raised his voice and yelled at us. It was completely unnecessary and very unprofessional. Because using the car lift was already inconvenient, we didn’t want to risk another unpleasant encounter with him and have our vacation ruined. Instead of driving, we ended up taking Grab whenever we wanted to go out. The hotel itself was really great. The room was clean and comfortable, everything else was excellent and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I hope the hotel management addresses the security guard’s attitude as it does not reflect the quality of the hotel. If you’re driving, just be aware that your experience with the parking process may depend on who is on duty.
