    Stayed 2 nights at this hotel, I was very satisfied because it was clean and the facilities were good, the staff was friendly, and it was close to JB Sentral, there were also places to eat nearby, the mall was also close, just walk. And what's even better is that they provided an ironing board and also provided a Coway drinking water refill that could be used for hot and cold, so I was very happy because I didn't have to worry about running out of drinking water, thank you CIQ Hotel, may it continue to be successful

    Room was simple and small but for the pricing it was ok. Bed is hard enough as we prefer it to be hard, heater was working very well, surprised hotel not only have heater for shower, they use it for hand basin as well. Like the warm light by the bed so we can off the main one yet have some light in the night so it won’t be completely dark. pillow is a bit soft for my liking though. Overall this is a simple and clean hotel. location is great, within 5 mins walking distance to komtar and city square.

    Walls were extremely thin such that I could hear every word from conversations in the adjacent room. The windows were not properly installed, with gaps between the frame and wall - the room reeks of food smell from hawkers along the street and motorbikes revving outside would wake you up.
