    Great customer's service by Brian. Always happy to serve us. Kind friendly and courteous. Love the room, the spacious bathroom and window view. Location is at convenient area and easy to go to shopping centres.

    This is a no frills hotel with no other facilities. We all know properties and rental near the CIQ is on the spike. However, at this price and location, and the standard of hygiene cleanliness, there really should be no complaints. Check-in was a breeze, room has all the basic items necessary, tv works, bed is big and very soft but i got a goodnite's sleep. The shower is strong and good. Note: this is right along a busy food street lined with coffeeshops downstairs so definitely not for resting during day time but that makes it veey safe for solo traveller. If you're just needing an overnight stay at a very convenient location that has a small boutique feel, I highly recommend the Belllo Hotel.

    I chose this hotel for its close location to JB Sentral but no housekeeping for a 2 night stay? Parking at Wisma Vasty from 7 PM Sat to 11 AM Mon cost me RM33.92 after tax which was a nice surprise since I expected more from reading a review here. About the noises late till early hours from the food court across the road, they are true.
