Kingston Hotel 21 - JO Hotel Johor Bahru

Actually, this hotel takdelah teruk mana pun 😭 It’s not as bad as what I read in the reviews. I feel like they’ve improved the hotel and really tried their best to make the stay more comfortable for guests. The room was clean and tidy, aircond was strong, and the mattress was comfortable. The bathroom was also well-equipped with the basic toiletries and necessities. The laundry area was surprisingly fancy too 😂 All the staff were super friendly and nice throughout my stay. The view was sooo nice, maybe sebab I stayed on one of the higher floors (21 levels). Parking free!! Overall, I really don’t think this hotel is as bad as some of the reviews made it sound. For the price, I’d say it’s affordable and worth it. Definitely recommended! 🤍

The WiFi wasn’t very strong, so the TV could be turned on but it was quite laggy. 😭 The lift was also a little scary because of its old-school design 😭 but it was still safe and worked fine. The hotel was also a little too quiet for my liking

It’s near to malls. All the housekeepers Kaisi, Ahad and Jelani were good in their job.
