    I dropped my passport in the room when I checked out, and I didn’t realize it until the staff texted me. I felt super grateful and appreciated that they helped me to keep the passport until I came back to retrieve. Thank you, all the staffs!!

    The bedsheets had visible stains, and the soundproofing was extremely poor. The air conditioner blew directly onto the bed, was very noisy, and appeared to be dusty. The constant noise and uncomfortable conditions made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. I barely slept at all throughout the night. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel.
