    I am a regular customer at this hotel. Almost every month i will spend at least one night at the hotel. Last night when i checked into the hotel around 12am, the receptionist was a young man. He was awaken when i arrived. Instead of the usual question he should ask me do i have any reservation or is there anything he can assist me. He asked me what i want. I told him i had a room reserved. He replied what room, what number? I was feeling annoyed. Usually the staff would not talk to me in this way. Maybe i disturbed his sleep. I was very disturbed by the way he talked to me
