    Bilik puas hati,besar,bersih, wangi.. Cuma plss pihak hotel sediakan tmpt gantung baju lebih sikit,penyangkut baju... overall lain semua puas hati

    Generally the room is clean, hotel is considered quite new but was surprised that Aircon was not functioning and was given a change of room. The 2nd day late at night, the heater was not functioning even though we have filled the instructions to switch on the switch 30mins B4 usage. We left it on till next morning, also have no hot water. There was no standby maintenance staff overnight and have to wait till next morning then can be rectified. Internet connection for the TV was not stable. Most shocking is, found one of the bath towels have little spots of bloodstains over it.
