Staffs are friendly, rooms are cozy and clean, beds are soft and comfortable, major points for having smart tv!
The floor tiles near the washroom was sqeaking due to moisture building up in it and the toilet seat is not screwed well in place

Service was great, came 3 hours earlier to check if we could get early check in, with no expectations whatsoever, but the check in staff gave our request time and effort, there was a room available and we paid an additional 30rm to get in earlier. Worth it!
The location is ok, but it is quite a walk from the main part of JBCC. Technically this is the end of the main road, right behind the Shell. Not too crazy but you will sweat walking over there with your bags and everything.
