    They have 2 Kingston hotel side by side and we went to the wrong one first 🤣 but fortunately the other one was just opposite so it wasn't much of a hassle. The cleanliness could be better cause I found some hair and yellowish stains on the bed. Service was good - asked for extra towels and minerals water bottles (no extra charges). The shower drain was clogged and the maintenance came to fix it in no time. Necessary toothbrush, towels and hairdryer provided. Free tea or coffee in the room as well Safety wise there's a security downstairs before you go up to your room but still not verified. Someone just knocked on my door and said nothing 😅 Location is a good one with nearby food, mall and spa but might be noisy because of the construction. If you're a light sleeper then probably not. Overall, I had a good time.

    Receptionists are truly amazing and sweet, they’re very reliable with everything. The hotel isn’t a 5 star hotel but the service you will get from every employee is top notch. The only downside for me is the elevator. I hope they fix but nevertheless I will stay here again when I come in Johor Bahru.

    Toilet bowl too dirty & old that i dont wanna use to poop. Lift is scary and old feel not safe at all. Even worse, you can get to the wrong lift entry and stuck at the office area. No more next time this hotel.
