    Convenient location definitely but peak hours will have jam around the hotel. Drivers refuse to pickup from hotel directly. My 1st stay was nice, but this 2nd stay there was a baby cockroach in the toilet which was a lil bit disappointed.

    This is a good hotel in Johor Bahru. So convenient, right next to the mall that connected to Checkpoint. Easy to take Grab everywhere. I have made a mistake with my booking and Katherine has helped me to resolve all my problems. It’s really a great stay even comparing to hotel such as Doubletree Hilton hotel (there are 2 Holiday Inn in Johor Bahru City, this is the City Center By IHG). We feel like we had a great holiday with a nice massage across the road from hotel. Fully recommend this hotel and appreciate all the staff’s great service.
