The place is clean and good for those who have children We were given high floor but for safety purposes, the window is UNLOCKED and kids can easily climb and push the window open. Even the toilet window is unlocked. Our room, is too near with another person room so every time someone went out and unlock the door, we can hear it at 3am or 4 am in the morning. The location do need to say, it’s good. But half way out stay, our apartment blackout I need to WhatsApp them everytime without them update Our apartment level quite confusing as they put level 23 but it’s 24 instead. For customer service wise, they need to upgrade for someone to reply asap and update more details in case of emergency. Sometimes took them more than an hour to get back to us. N sometimes their replies doesn’t help at all.
