    The apartment, gym, pool and location is great. The staff (on WhatsApp only) are helpful but could improve communication. Nothing major, but if you request something in advance (like when you book) remember to remind them immediately before you travel - they do seem a little loose on remembering requests (language barrier taken into account). Other than that the staff seem helpful once you establish communications with the right one.

    A lovely room in a nice area and close to the train/bus station. Shops and mall nearby. Terrible management tho with shocking communication. Room was a hour late checking in, with the access to the keys in the darkest room, with the smallest lock code! Would stay in the complex, but not with the company NEO

    Discarding used toilet paper into WC disallowed - no wonder the toilet stinks. Unlike in Taiwan hotels years ago, here there's no airtight rubbish bin for the soiled paper. Needs 2x flushing for toilet paper to get flush away in the WC - looking likely to choke up. Sigh, then how - throw the paper out of the window??

    The room is true to picture and spacious. However, a lot of facilities not working e.g. missing controller for fan, hair dryer not working and shower water pressure come and goes on our last day
