    Firstly, they upgraded my room without informing leaving me clueless till i took the initiative to msg and asked. Secondly, the place and vibe was not like what is shown in the pictures. Thirdly, i did not receive my deposit back was promised within 3 to 5 days but still did not receive any even after 1 week i checked out. When i msg to check and enquire was told that they will check with finance but left me stranded hanging did not get back to me at all and my msgs went unanswered after.

    This apartment is located as you cross border from Singapore into Johar Bahru. Check in a bit confusing as key is in a box. All check in details are sent to you via email.

    Host supposed to send check in info 1 night before check in but I never received and on day of checkin i message host then he sent to me. initially he sent level 12 but later amended to level 23A. Unit advertised as partial ocean view with 1 king and 1 queen bed. However, the unit given was 2 Queen beds instead and facing city/ construction view, no partial ocean view. Host say the owner recently change the king bed to queen as the king bed spoilt. He is new here and he asked admin and then say all units fully booked, cannot change and no refund of the difference. next time booked directly with them and they will give beautiful discount, he say. Be careful of the toilet basin tap, the water get very hot when water starts running shortly and my child scalded her finger. End up we use kitchen sink to brush teeth.
