Хорошее месторасположение - есть парковочные места во дворе, до питьевой галереи можно дойти пешком. Рядом магазины. Квартира просторная, чистая. Окна комнат выходят на улицу, но ночью тихо. Есть стиральная машина.
Нет сушилки для белья (только трос, натянутый с наружной стороны дома между окнами). На окнах нет сеток, микропроветривания или гребенки тоже нет. Также нет штор, только тюль. Газовая колонка была выключена, хозяин ничего про нее не упомянул (мы разобрались, а у кого нет опыта эксплуатации колонок, может быть проблема). Нам было некритично, но кому-то может быть важно - 4 этаж без лифта.

Это не квартира, а оазиз в данной локации. Контраст с подъездом правда впечатляет, не пугайтесь. Свежий ремонт, планировка, мебель, текстиль, техника, посуда - всё отлично! Очень чисто. Быстро заселили, всё показали. Расположена рядом с питьевой галереей. Ценник был очень гуманным. В соотношении с качеством - превосходным. Если предпочитаете квартиры отелям, то однозначно рекомендую.
Время отъезда в 11.00 не совсем удобно. Было бы комфортнее выезжать до 12.00. На отдыхе хочется выспаться, привести себя в порядок и спокойно собрать вещи.
