Tsovella House

A spacious apartment. Location perfect, near some small shops and in walking distance from restaurants, Dzjermoek Spa Resort and park + lake.

Upon arrival the kitchen was a bit messy: the dishes were still in the drying reck and the gas stove looked not quite clean. Furthermore, it would be nice if the pillows were softer.

I loved this apartment, it felt like home. I slept well, and loved the natural sunlight from the windows. It had everything you could need for a week or more stay, a nice view of the courtyard where the children are laughing and playing, and an easy walk to the sanitoriums. Markets are around the corner. The hostess was very kind. The TV had you tube and satellite. I was travelling alone and felt very safe and comfortable.

Perfect location, good value for money. The flat is equipped with all necessary stuff. Overall its a classic soviet style flat, the mattresses are filled with wool, might not be very comfortable for inexperienced. The location is very central and hosts are lovely.

It is a nice apartment, everything is provided for your convenience. Dining room is big and cozy and inviting. There is a lovely playground right next to the building.

The building looks scary from outside. It feels like it is going to collapse in front of you. Presumably it was built in old Soviet Union times and it was never fixed since then. It’s visual appearance is a good reminder and introduction into Soviet Union era.
