Wonderful modern and clean apartment. Parking at front. Two double bedrooms, modern kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine (which we used). Massive terrace with swing seat and egg chair. Everything you could possibly want or need. You have the entire property to yourself (there is no one else living in the building. It says shared bathroom on the listing, but it is within the apartment so it’s not really shared, only with your fellow guests). The shower is amazing! Wonderfully tranquil., with massive garden and you can hear the river too. Lots of birds too; storks, hoopoes and Syrian woodpeckers were our highlights! Could have stayed here much longer than the two nights we did! Excellent communication from the hosts. They also proved fresh cherries. Lovely town and close to shops and restaurants. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

Excellent location in a residential part of the town, on a dirt lane with friendly neighbors. We loved sitting on the terrace looking at the trees and hills and listening to the river.

Это было самое прекрасное место из всех, где мы останавливались во время нашего путешествия по Армении. Здесь есть абсолютно все, что может потребоваться для комфорта, по-настоящему можно ощутить себя как дома. Очень уютный, красивый, новый дом. Забота хозяев восхитила нас, спасибо большое за такой теплый прием! Сам регион вокруг потрясает своей невероятной природой, это место мы запомним на всю жизнь!

Мы жалели только о том, что не остановились здесь на более долгий срок.
