Great location to visit Shaki waterfall in the morning, beautiful house and garden, nice hosts, comfortable room and amazing breakfast. What else could you want?!
The map takes you on a wrong and very bad dirt road. The correct entrance is through a big gate right by the main road.

Уютная, стильная локация в тишине, в окружении гор, реки, полей и просторов. Рядом Сисиан, где можно поужинать или купить продукты, в пешей доступности красивейший водопад Шаки. Очень понравилась атмосфера загородной жизни. Хозяева замечательные, гостеприимные, добрые люди. Желаю процветания и всех благ!

La struttura è una grande guesthouse alle porte di Sisian, il proprietario ci ha accolto in maniera molto calorosa raccontandoci le bellezze del posto e facendoci sentire come a casa. La nostra camera aveva un problema e quindi ci è stata fornita una camera molto più spaziosa in sostituzione, senza dover pagare alcun sovrapprezzo. La colazione era veramente strepitosa.
La struttura è molto spartana, potrebbe essere migliorata, ma considerando il prezzo direi che il rapporto è ottimo!

The breakfast was amazing and rich
The hot water in the bathroom had only 2 settings, either extremely hot or cold. All instructions are written in Russian only. Don't know why it is called a resort...
