Редко пишу отзывы, но сейчас остался очень доволен. Все отлично, за такую цену вряд ли найдете что-то лучше. Свежий евроремонт, удобная ванная, большой телевизор с огромным числом каналов (даже National Geographic есть), нагреватель воды работает исправно, спальные места не продавлены, ровные матрасы. Еще удобство в том, что машину можно припарковать прямо под окном и присматривать за ней. Было очень чисто, когда приехали, номер тщательно подготовили к нашему приезду. Платил наличными, проблем никаких не возникло, всем очень советую.

This was the best apartment we stayed in in Armenia. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for a day or a month. All attractions are within walking distance, as are shops and cafes. I highly recommend it.

Хозяин доброжелательный, был предоставлен трансфер до аэропорта. Апартаменты теплые, новая мебель, новый ремонт. Все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
