Чистота ( супер) , все продумано до мелочей , дизайнерские решения , супер хозяин !

Район своеобразный , дома из далекого советского массового строительства , но тем сильнее контраст между прошлым ( подъезд) и настоящим ( квартира) Армении . И это не совсем близко к центру, Но имея авто вы сможете насладиться замечательным опытом погружения в аутентичный мир !

The house was very comfortable, and Liana, the host, was very helpful and trusting: my boyfriend and I went there in the winter, she had made sure the house is fully warm and comfortable for the cold. The house has a very cozy interior, making you feel right at home, and has all required amenities - the bathroom and shower was clean and very usable, the kitchen had everything that we wanted during our stay, there's even a laundry machine. It's also in a quiet space - even though it was looking towards the building's yard, there wasn't much noise to be a problem. If planning to book, only take into account that the house is around a 10-minute drive away from the main "touristy" things to do in Jermuk - although though taxi is very cheap and if you're traveling by car, it's all very accessible. And this house's price and its value for money justifies staying further away from the "main" section. Definitely recommended!
