Fab location for Lancaster with easy access to the city, surrounding area and Heysham Port. Great secure garden for dogs, lovely to watch the river and all the comings and goings as rowing club nearby. Huge house and great sized rooms. Really clean and felt homely. Lovely village and great walks from doorstep. Would definitely stay again.
Not living near a Motorway the sound of the M6 took a bit of getting used to, but you can't hear it in the house. Most of family said they could no longer hear it outside after couple of days of getting used to it.

Lots of space and good facilities. Loved the garden and view to the river to watch the world go by !
Some areas might be part of ongoing upgrading but did not detract from overall main areas all ok.
