Location suited us well. Close to bus stop. Friendly owner, off road carpark.
Just a little bit of noise through the ceiling, but it didn't worry us.

The unit is good sized, and has cooking facilities. The location is very close to Gulf Harbour Marina. This setup is very good for anyone doing extensive work at the marina.
