Nice and clean beautiful view most of all
A lot of noise, soundproof is not the best but great for . Expect to find some milk in the fridge for my tea but none there 😂👍

Coffee and tea provided. The kitchen was equipped for cooking, but my stay was very short and I did not need anything. Excellent location minutes from Orewa beach.
When leaving I could not find the combination for the lock box to leave the keys. It was early and I messaged the host, but I did not get a reply. So, I left uncertain how to safely lock the house.

Great view off the balcony.
The cleanliness wasn't up to standard for me. The mat under the coffee table was very stained and a bit off putting. We had to wipe down the outdoor table as it was dirty and sticky. There were finger marks on the mirror on the bathroom and water marks on the tiles behind the hand basin. A sharp knife in the kitchen would have been helpful also. The bed in one room consisted of a mattress with what looked like sofa squabs under a padded topping that was smaller than the mattress, so I tended to roll off the edge.
