Clean, pretty convenient to Orewa and Silverdale, small but comfortable. There is a pedestal fan for the hot days (AC would be a bonus on a really hot day/evening), quiet and all the cooking equipment that you need. There was also an espresso coffee machine!!! Total bonus for us.

Got a little hot in the evening, but we dealt with it with the fan. Can’t leave the windows open without a few bugs visiting. But it was mid summer.

It was a very comfortable place with everything you need and more, the coffee machine with coffee beans available was a real treat (thanks so much for that!) the appliances were great, good bed, good shower, after a few days camping it felt like a spa! 7 minutes walking there is the estuary walk which is lovely!

The location was perfect for what we needed, lovely setting. The place was super clean with everything we needed .

Would have appreciated a bit of guidance on local supply stores that we found the next day only a few hundred metres away

Great stay! Comfortable, affordable, clean with extras.

Coffee machine, sofa bed, close to where we needed to go, booked at short notice, clear instructions to collect keys, milk and 2 bottles of water, good storage space, responded to any questions via email and promptly. Great value!

Would have appreciated an iron as travelled from the South Island for a funeral and block out curtains in the bedroom would have allowed a longer sleep in :)

Good location and friendly hosts

The unit is in a very central location and near to beaches and restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

This unit met our needs for the purpose we were there, but it really wasn't anything special. Couldn't sleep in because the neighbor next door was doing construction work by 8am both weekend nights we were there.

The location was perfect, we took care of our own breakfast, the bed in the lounge being a pull out sofa was extremely hard and the bed in the bedroom do not support anyone’s back

We did not like the ants and the cockroach and felt that the kitchen could’ve had more utensils bowls and cooking facilities

I highly recommend this apartment. Felt like home.

The location was close to the beach. We liked being just outside of Auckland away from the busyness of the city. The suburbs of Red Beach and Orewa are lovely.
