The new hotel at the best address. Room is tiny and clean and warm. The washroom is very big and clean. If I come to The Hague next time. I will choose here again. And I will recommend this hotel to my friends who travel here. Prettyyyyy good.

Nice room in a messy hotel

The room was great. I had the tripple room which was very spacious. The bathroom was modern and it all felt like good value. Location is amazing, right in the centre with easy access to a small forest for walking.

I stayed 4 nights, never had housekeeping. First day I had "do not disturb', so ofcourse they didn't clean. Second day, they didn't clean the room. I thought maybe it's my fault for not asking or putting a sign up. So the third day I ask them: please send housekeeping even if it's just to collect the trash even gave a €10,- tip as I was asking. Later when I leave the GM even told me, I'll send them up for a cleaning! When I come back, all the trash still there not even a vacuum through the room. So when I walk in the restaurant with multiple trash bags, I get told that it's my fault they didn't clean my room because I didn't leave the key. Apparently its the only key to the room (very safe) and they forgot to tell me. I get offered a coffee so he can send his colleague to freshen my towels. A coffee I would've had anyway if housekeeping came and refreshed my cups. I ended my 4 day stay in a room with dirt on the floor and dirty dishes. I left my stay yelling "Hello?!" In the hallway at 10:50AM for checkout. I guess the staff living in the hotel were still sleeping for checkout and the restaurant was closed. I ended up just putting the room key somewhere in the hallway and left on my own. I didn't want to leave a bad review, the staff is friendly and I'm not even going to fault them for their messy set up with the reception. But the hotel failed me at the most basic principles of a hotel. In the end, even though the room is great, I just can't recommend the experience.

Amzing hotel with tasty restaurant downstairs

Room was big for me and my 2 teenagers 17 and 14. Clean beds, white sheets, perfect location, walking distance 5-7 min from Den Haag Centra and shops

Verrassend rustig in een drukke straat.

Locatie en onverwachte stilte in de nacht.

Hotel was kort geleden overgenomen. Het zat nog in de opstartfase. Kwam qua organisatie beetje rommelig over nog.

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

Très bon emplacement près de la gare et du centre-ville, excellent rapport qualité-prix (les chambres sont très grandes et refaites à neuf). Il y a également un restaurant au rez-de-chaussée qui sert de la nourriture italienne correcte (et a bon prix pour les pays-bas). Le gérant était très serviable et sympathique.

Tout était très bien. Les seuls petit détails qui pourraient être améliorer sont la porte coulissante qui mène au restaurant (qui devrait être rénover) et mettre une plaque/numéros au lieu des papiers pour indiquer le numéro des chambres.
