The rooms are very nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The locating is also great

The breakfast could be better and the entrance is not the most comfortable. At night is a bit scary to enter from the back alley of a building

Functional hotel, at a good price right down-town The Hague with a super comfie bed.

Breakfast was sublime. Location is very central yet quiet. Hotel is on the 9th floor and upwards, so nice cityview is included. Room (Studio with king-size bed) was very spacious.

The room was supper functional yet missed a bit of character.

Fantastic location, clean, and convenient

Location is great, although when the window is opened, there is a lot of noise due to central location and proximity of the train station. Otherwise, windows have good sound proofing.

Breakfast area has very small seating area, which is very inconvenient when you're in for business, and don't have time in the morning before work to haul the breakfast in the room.

What a beautiful and bright accommodation! We loved the lounge area and enjoyed breakfast. The staff was very kind. The location was great; very close to beautiful green space as well as central train station.

Overpaid by parking due to outdated information provided by the hotel. Pillows were dirty with a black mold-like substance. No apologies by management, only weak excuses. Breakfast also disappointing and way too crowded.

Fabulous Hotel

This Hotel is actually amazing. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to the gentlemen who checked us in on Saturday (sorry didn't get his name). He was aware we were heading to an event so checked us in so efficiently so we could be on our way. Our studio was fantastic, so modern with every facility. The breakfast was really nice & plentiful and the location is only 5 minutes from the Central Station. We will definitely return soon.

Spacious, Spotless, and Super Comfortable Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was absolutely lovely—large, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. It felt like a perfect retreat after a long day. The on-site gym was a great bonus—well-equipped and convenient for keeping up with my routine. The continental breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying, with a nice variety that included warm eggs and crispy bacon alongside fresh bread and other options. Overall, a really relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great amenities.

Breakfast was lovely and we were encouraged to take our tray to the bedroom as the dining area was small and this worked very well for the day we had to rush out. It meant we could have breakfast when we got back. We also had a kitchen in the room and a fabulous view. The bar downstairs in the cojoined hotel was fun.

A great stay worth the money

Checking in was quick and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean and had a fantastic view. The bed was really comfy and we had a surprisingly good night sleep. (Usually do not sleep that well in hotels). Very nice location in the city center and parking was close by and decently priced. Simple and tasty breakfast that was quickly refilled when needed. All in all, would recommend.

Convenient, well-appointed apartment with good facilities & services and a great view - recommended

The location is central, although with the back entrance giving into the courtyard of a "Hof", it was sometimes difficult to get our/Google's bearings - the front entrance through Moxy Hotel worked better. Super-convenient (E25-32/day) underground public parking - we had a space right by the doors to the hotel. No obvious issue with drunks as mentioned in 1 review. We got a free upgrade on arrival to a room with a panoramic view across the city to the sea - see photos. And a couple of windows even opened a bit for fresh air. The bed was huge and comfy, and we moved some furniture to avoid bashing into the TV between bed and living area (see other reviews). The room had an efficient kitchenette and eating area. We were able to eat in a couple of nights, enjoying our sunset panorama, though we used microwave meals and did not try cooking. There was a dishwahser which could be filled if you used everything, and otherwise provided a handy drying rack. The fittings were new and clean, the space was airy and uncluttered and the bathroom worked well, though would benefit from a bit more lighting. We had no problem with the breakfast space or supplies and ate varied offerings across our stay. Staff were there for most of the day and night, and were helpful, including the friendly crowd at sister hotel, Moxy, downstairs. They provided a very safe bike room, with power for charging, coming down themseleves to unlock it when we came and went. We were close to the main sights, trams, numerous restaurants and bars, and to supermarkets. There are also help-yourself fridges with drinks and snacks (you pre-pay a set daily rate and then they refund any unspent amount). At Moxy there is a pay-at-reception offering of snacks and drinks. Pizza is available on-site 24/7. Lifts woked well. I don't know how Airbnb's can compete with this convenience and level of service - all at a just-about affordable price for Den Haag.

We still have not had our refund of the E120 put on our card for extras although we checked out 6 days ago, albeit with Easter in between. This whole process was not very clear:- on check in we initially thought we'd been overcharged as there was no mention of taking money in advance. And at check out they assured us we would not be charged when in fact we had already paid the extras, and it took a while for the lady to confirm it would be a refund. This is a bit concerning when you are on a short stay in a different country and don't know how easy a reclaim will be.

It was O.K but could be better

I liked the size of the room and the cleanliness of it. Also, the kitchen and bathroom were good. The stuff was very nice. the location was perfect.

1. It was very noisy during the night because of the birds outside. 2. We could not connect our computer or cellphone to the tv. The receptionists tried to help us but they did not solve the problem. We came on Sunday and left on Friday and could not watch Netflix even once. 3. There is too little room for the clothes and other stuff, so we had to use our suitcases as a closet. 4. There is only one hanger in the bathroom.

Awkward shape of the room (a quart circle). The television was placed in the most hindering spot, between the bed and the rest of the room. On top of this, a small table and a couch filled up the passage to the bathroom. All this makes a nightly trip to the bathroom really hazardous. The breakfast facilities are really not adequate, there are clearly not enough seats and tables, making breakfast a very stressy experience. Reservation is suggested, although no table will be kept for you. There is only one coffee machine, which leads to unacceptably long queues. The choice for breakfast is quite minimal.

Easy check-in, were willing to assist with late checkout. Convenient for train & tram.

Cleaners did not spray cleaning fluid on kitchen surfaces in intermediate clean. Wiped with the damp dish cloth. People hanging about, outside the door made us conscious of security.

Highly recommended; but don't expect a fine dining experience seated at tables.

This is a newish hotel. The young staff work exceptionally hard to make everything as pleasant as possible for their guests. The facilities are excellent. The only slight hiatus is when everyone wants the buffet breakfast bar - served in a communal lounge space - at the same time.
