Great little hotel right in the centre

Conveniently situated in the centre, very quiet hotel, comfy bed, had a great night's sleep. Free soup and bread, fruit, coffee and sweets for guests was a nice touch.

Amazing value for money! Location, staff, clean and comfortable.

Everything is perfect about this place. Very friendly and attentive staff, delicious sandwiches and coffee (and cakes!). Hotel is perfectly located, near the main train station, near the center...you can walk anywhere from it. And even if is centric, is on a quiet side street, so you will get a good night sleep. Room was amazing, very clean and comfy. Amazing value for money, Recommended!

A very nice place to stay in central The Hague.

Easy access, clean and with a very nice breakfast.

The outlet for the desk was disconnected, and therefore I had to move the coffee machine, and charge my laptop before doing desk work.

Great place to stay!

The atmosphere -quieter despite being close to everything. Close to shops, restaurants, dry cleaning. Vintage kind inside. Lovely. Cozy. I had a room giving view on the street right outside. Nice TV channels. Some days I was not well and stayed indoors watching TV all days. The drinks and cakes available.

The elevator was broken on the eve till the day of my departure. It was hard getting the luggages down. The room was not well-cleaned before my arrival. Some information about complimentary food was not given to me.

Small but very neat room, central location, friendly staff. Great mattress and pillows.

A couple of the automated messages I received after booking (e.g. message about online booking, which didn't contain a link) were very confusing, and led to unnecessary messaging back and forth.

Good location and quite stay

The location and the quiet atmosphere are the only things I liked. The bed and pillows are also comfortable.

The check-in process was very confusing—no one was at the desk when I arrived. There is a self-check-in screen, but I prefer speaking with a real person. The room cleaning was poor (the floor was dusty), and no slippers were provided, making it uncomfortable after a shower. The floor was dirty, and bathroom supplies were not refilled. There is no fridge or phone in the room, and the only amenity is a coffee machine. Overall, it was a disappointing stay.

Strategic location next to the Central Station.

I paid 300 euro per night for a room of 14 м2 in advance but instead Got a room of 5 m2 for 75 euro. It was wrong to avoid the acknowledgment of the non-respect of the contract, Especially taking into consideration the advancement of payment. There was no reception. No lobby. Self-service as if it was Formula 1 hotel next to the motorway. Zéro relevance between price and services.

Perfect stay in the centre of Den Haag

Location is perfect, room and bathroom very nice with everything one needs - at least for one night like in my case- bed really comfortable, good breakfast, kind and attentive staff.

I liked everything, just one small suggestion, it took me a moment to find the air-conditioning control, which was hidden in the corner of a furniture. It would be useful to indicate and make visible where the airco control is located, in the same way the instructions for the floor heating are already clearly indicated and visible.

Great place for a city break

The hotel is very pleasant and spotlessly clean. One of the highlights is how quiet the rooms are, making for a restful stay. Another important aspect is the exceptional service—Lex at the reception was incredibly helpful with all my travel-related questions and concerns. The entire staff is welcoming and attentive. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near scenic spots, museums, and university buildings.

Room was comfy and hotel was well presented

Restaurant was closed when I arrive around 8pm... advertised as open until 10pm. Breakfast was a bit limited, particularly on the hot options. No non-dairy milk/yogurt options. My room smelled of smoke but they switch me and that was fine.

Small but cozy

We were checked in earlier than the check in time, what was very nice. Room is small but has everything in it including coffee machine. Bed is very comfortable. The location is spot on, in 3 min from Plein.

Breakfast lacked variety. Would be nice to have more vegetables or salad leaves, more Dutch cheese. But anyway I managed to satisfy my morning cravings.

I would highly recommend Townhouse, it was in a great location and the staff were so kind and helpful. I would stay here

It was so clean, comfortable, the staff were so nice and friendly. There is a nice bar which was much cheaper than drinking out and they do delicious pies. I really recommend the apricot one.

The only thing is that we went for a basic room which meant we were in the basement so there wasn’t much daylight. I would recommend paying extra for a room upstairs.

És un hotel súper comfortable, net, modern I molt ben ubicat, a 5' de haag central i un parc preciós, en el bell mig de la ciutat. El personal és super agradable i posen a la teva disposició tot de detalls per donar-te una estància de 10.

Super centrale ligging. Perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stad vanuit te ontdekken. Aardig personeel.

Kleine kamer, in kelder. Dit was mij niet heel helder tijdens het boeken. Veel last van lichten auto’s die over de straat rijden. Komt boven het gordijn uit. Ook veel geluid van schuivende stoelen etc. omdat kamer onder lobby zat. Groot nadeel voor mij was ook dat er geen koelkast op de kamer aanwezig was.

Perfecte locatie met heerlijk verblijf.

De luxe douche, het heerlijke bed, de sfeer (verlichting) en de geluidsisolatie. Ik voelde me direct op mijn gemak en prettig. Daar kwam nog bovenop dat je je eigen koffie apparataat op de kamer hebt. Heel erg fijn voor een lage prijs.
