Lovely hotel in Central Den Haag. Computer glitch on check in but soon resolved. If you book a classic room be aware this is a basement room. Having said that, the room was modern and bed and bedding was sooo comfy! Complimentary tea/coffee all day, with free soup at lunch time was a lovely touch. Would definately stay again.

Staff when we arrived were untrained and asked us to pay again, when we had already paid Expedia. It took getting Expedia to call them and me having to point out that the payment was on their system but not activated. A bar person does not replace a proper front of house reception if not trained.

We stayed for 2 nights. The front desk staff was very friendly and even let us check in earlier than 3 p.m., saying our room was already prepared — that part was great! However, the room was not clean at all. We could find the previous guests’ hair anywhere, and even a chocolate wrapper they left behind. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a room without boxed tissues, a refrigerator, or even a trash can (or bag) in the bathroom. Very disappointing! After speaking with two front desk staff and one manager, there was still no action taken and no ability to resolve the problem. If you’re planning to book this place, think twice or be mentally prepared. Believe me, you definitely have better options out there!

The hotel has a good location and the rooms are a suitable size for two people. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room was not up to standard, as it seemed poorly cleaned. The service also left a negative impression — during check-in, a staff member was rather unhelpful and unfriendly when I asked about parking options. Overall, this affected our stay and the experience did not quite meet expectations.

The check in is interesting and I'm not a fan or the screen without a person style, very impersonal and the system is not altogether clear. The fire alarm went off at 2:30am without any explanation, everyone met in reception in complete chaos. Thankfully there was no real fire or there would have been some casualties given the main entrance seemed to be in lockdown! The staff didn't appear trained and there was no offer of apology later, just very tired visitors.... The bed however was comfortable (biggest pillows ever which doesn't suit everyone), clean and roomy shower and overall decent sleep the second night. Location is great. 8 mins walk from the central station and 5-10 mins to the main part of the city. Not a bad price. Spend your breakfast money at the fantastic little cafe De Almondo just a minute from the hotel, and top tip for good value Asian meal at the amazing taste Korean restaurant £12 for a choice of noodles/rice with vegetables and or meat such as teriyaki or sweet and sour, lovely service.

Excellent location, you can walk thru pleasant narrow streets a few minutes to many of the main museum venues. Cafes and puvmbs of all varieties. Clean. Small Euro style rooms. Figuring out the switches and plumbing was a momentary challenge. Staff young, friendly helpful but a little overstretched manning the check in check out cafe and bar. As with every reservation at every hotel this trip, we had reserved for 2 beds and got 1 and had to change it on the spot. Minor inconvenience.

Good for what you paid for. Around 10mins walk to Central Train Station. Short walk to Restos, Pubs and Tram Station. Room's complementary coffee/tea, a bonus. Clean T&B. A good 2N stay over-all.

10/10!!! this was the best gem in the hague! this was beyond my expectations when I saw the price for a 2 night stay. Room - 10/10 - rooms are small, but very modern and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable, and my room had a bathtub which was an added treat! Location - 10/10 - location is everything with this hotel!! within minutes you’re at the front steps of all the hague has to offer. you could NOT be more central Service - 10/10 - I received some of the best service EVER at this hotel. Upon checking in, I arrived early and stored my bags to explore. When I came back, Charlotte provided perhaps the best hotel check in experience i’ve ever had. She is amazing, do not miss the chance to interact with her if you get it! I will 1000% be returning to this hotel upon a next visit to the hague, it exceeded all expectations.

We had a great stay at townhouse. The room were beautiful, staff were helpful and nice and the location was just perfect! There was a firealarm the last day which was a bit chaotic, and the personnel was standing in front of the door that leads to the stairs. Should be avoided.

The hotel rooms are very nice. The entrance is through the restaurant on the ground floor. Check in is through a kiosk mostly unless you have an issue than you can talk to someone at the desk. The AC works well in the room. The soap and shampoo was really watered down so we had to use a bunch of it to feel like it worked. The beds are firm and so are the pillows. Sheets are soft. Room was clean and enough space to hod your stuff and get it out of the way.

Great new hotel close in the center of town. The "Plein" is just a block away. The rooms as in most Dutch hotels are a bit small, if you have more than a backpack select the medium size toom. The breakfast is simple but adequate, as much coffee as you want.
