As you approach the finca "Els Mitjans", you will immediately notice the tall palm trees that lend a tropical touch to the tranquil surroundings. The well-tended garden has a large lawn that leads to the elegant, rounded pool. Surrounded by a large sun terrace with sun loungers, it offers a perfect place to relax, swim or watch the children splash around. Enjoy breathtaking views of the gently rolling countryside from the pool area and immerse yourself in the peaceful rural atmosphere. The spacious terrace, which stretches across two sides of the villa, has two sofa sets, two dining tables and plenty of space for outdoor fun, with toys for the children, a trampoline and a table tennis table. For outdoor cooking, there is a shaded barbecue area for grilling local produce. For moments of relaxation, there are parasols and a glass-covered area with retractable parasols. Inside, the living room opens directly onto the garden, with tasteful furnishings and a fireplace for cosy evenings. The Mallorcan wooden beams and rustic tiles create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen is well equipped and the dining table is just a few steps away. Three bedrooms, including one on the lower floor with its own bathroom, offer comfort and modern bathrooms.
