The rural holiday home Clot Fillol in the east of Mallorca is nestled in a breathtaking landscape near Artá. Surrounded by a garden full of Mediterranean plants, this charming villa offers a peaceful retreat.
From the spacious pool terrace and the covered terrace with outdoor dining area, you can enjoy a marvellous view of the garden and the lush greenery. Throughout the day, you will find pleasant shady spots on the various terraces, perfect for breakfast, a siesta or savouring a good wine. A high-quality gas barbecue is available for delicious summer evenings, with space for up to 6 guests.
The living space is thoughtfully distributed over two levels and has a tasteful interior design and plenty of natural daylight. On the ground floor there is an inviting living room, a dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Through two large arched windows you have a great view of the garden and pool area. There are two bedrooms, one of which has its own bathroom. There is also a separate bathroom on this level. On the upper floor there are two further sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom and access to a beautiful terrace with far-reaching views of the countryside. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and the house has oil heating for your comfort even in the cooler months. Experience the beauty and tranquillity of Mallorca at Clot Fillol.
The holiday home is located approx. 3.5 km south-east of Artà. There are good shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés here. The east coast with its beautiful sandy beaches, such as Cala Ratjada and Font de Sa Cala, is approx. 10 km away. The Capdepera golf course is 4 km away.
