Villa "Benet" is a stunning blend of rustic charm and modern comfort in a beautiful location near Artà. With a traditional stone construction and an impressive outdoor area, it is perfect for a group holiday with friends or family.
The spacious covered terrace offers shade and shelter, while the pool area with its sun terrace, numerous seating areas and outdoor kitchen invites you to relax and have fun. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table or prepare a barbecue with fresh local ingredients. For more active moments, you can try out the table tennis table or simply relax on the deckchairs.
Inside, the villa exudes warmth and character with a mix of antique-style dark wood furniture, whitewashed walls and exposed wooden beams. The open-plan living room leads to a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities. The three bedrooms, two with single beds and one with a double bed, are designed for comfort and privacy. The bathrooms with elegant white and grey tiles have a bath and/or shower.

The definitely modern, outstanding villa is situated in a fabulous, secluded location between the lovely municipality of Artà and the coastal town of Capdepera. Should you need to go shopping, both Artà and Capdepera as well as Cala Rajada are within quick and easy reach. In just a few minutes you can reach stunning beaches such as Platja de Son Mol and Cala Agulla as well as completely natural beaches such as Cala Mesquida.
