House in Llevant

About this house rental
On the ground floor of the house, you will find a large room with an open-plan kitchen and dining table. The beautiful light-coloured furniture harmonises perfectly with the white walls of this rustic villa, which with its roof beams alone is ideal for people who long for an authentic country feel. The kitchen is fully equipped and modern here you will find all the amenities of a modern household such as a washing machine and dishwasher, so that everything is done quickly and you can devote yourself entirely to relaxation, the reason for coming to Mallorca. From this area you can access the three bedrooms, one of which is quite small and ideal as a single room, and one of the bathrooms. From this room you can also access the cosy lounge with two large sofas, where guests can warm themselves by the fire or unwind watching TV. Perhaps there is even a title in the small library that appeals to you? A wooden staircase leads to the first floor, where a particularly charming bedroom awaits you alongside two bathrooms with showers: This room also has two sofas and its own television. The entrance to this room is quite low, so you have to bend down to enter. People used to be a lot smaller than they are today! This bedroom also has direct access to the aforementioned raised terrace, from where a stone terrace leads down to the plaza in front of the house.
If this courtyard area is too quiet for you, the bustling Cala Ratjada, approx. 8 km away, is sure to change your mind. The island's nightlife pulsates here, but during the day it is an excellent maritime destination thanks to its promenades and views of the harbour. Artà, around 6 kilometres from your villa, looks back on a long history, which can often still be clearly felt in the winding alleyways of the old town. Just like Capdepera, which is also medieval, the town boasts a lovely weekly market where you can stock up on fresh produce. The quiet street is 50 metres from the house, so you may occasionally hear some street noise. The nature park in the north-east of Artà is even quieter - a hot tip if you want to get an impression of the island's varied vegetation or simply recharge your batteries in the greenery. Here, the Llevant mountain range forms a romantic liaison with secluded bays, beaches and cliffs, creating a varied hiking and climbing paradise. If you enjoy playing golf, the Canyamel golf course, just 2 kilometres away, invites you to work on your handicap.
Villa Sa Torre de Canyamel exudes the rustic charm of a real villa thanks to its rural location and wood-dominated furnishings. Both the medieval town of Capdepera, where the market is well worth a visit, and the idyllic seaside town of Canyamel can be reached by car in around 5 minutes. When it comes to marvellous beaches, you are spoilt for choice. One option is Cala Rotja, approx. 5 km away. The entrance to an extensive golf course is only 2.5 km away.
