From the terrace, we enter the pretty, open-plan kitchenette with fireplace. Generously designed, this area has everything you need for everyday use, including a microwave, toaster and kettle. The massive table in the centre is perfect for eating together indoors. From here, a few steps lead down to the extraordinary living room with its vaulted ceiling. Warm colours and materials made of stone and wood characterise the atmosphere. A flat-screen TV, two comfortable sofas, another dining table and an exit to the terrace are available here. On the ground floor there is another small living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are three further bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. The bedrooms are very individually furnished with a great sense of aesthetics and invite you to enjoy a restful night's sleep. Sleep relaxed and restful in a comfortable bed with the following dimensions: four of 0.90 x 1.90 metres, one of 1.40 x 1.90 metres and another of 1.50 x 1.90 metres. Pretty exposed-beam ceilings, light-coloured walls and harmoniously integrated floor tiles create an atmospheric setting for the tasteful interior. The bathrooms also impress with their individual, appealing design and high-quality furnishings. Mosquito nets, a hairdryer and an iron are available in the house and do not need to be brought from home.
Artà has around 6,500 inhabitants and is a particularly picturesque town without large hotels. There are several excellent restaurants and excellent shopping facilities. Every Tuesday there is a weekly market here with an interesting arts and crafts market. You can visit the weekly market in Son Servera every Friday. Nearby beaches can be found in Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Cala Bona, Costa de los Pinos and in the bay of Cala Millor.
The romantic villa Es Rafal de Baix offers a great living ambience for up to eight people. It is located around 5 km south of the beautiful town of Artà in the east of the island. You will find supermarkets for your daily shopping as well as some excellent restaurants. The beautiful natural sandy beaches are within easy reach of the holiday home.
