The apartment is great. A million dollars sea view at a perfect location.

Lack of a washing machine and mosquito nets. Not enough cooking utensils for those who want to cook. For all the rest, a perfect restaurant just beneath the terrace offers great meals for everyone.

The location is superb, just a few steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities. The apartment was clean upon arrival and had reliable, fast internet. The view from the living room was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place to stay with everything conveniently close by.

The main issue during our stay was the poor sound insulation. At night, we could clearly hear noise and conversations from other apartments, which made it difficult to rest. Upon arrival, there was also a strong smell in the apartment, similar to insect repellent and we found a dusty cleaning cloth that had been left on one of the beds, I assume by the housekeeping staff. In one of the bathrooms, the sink drain was not functioning properly, causing water to drain very slowly. We could not comfortably open the bedroom windows because cigarette smoke would enter the rooms, from the neighboring building, since it is located only a few meters away, directly facing the apartment. The balcony opposite contained trash, and someone was frequently smoking there.
