The outdoor area is one of its standout features: a very sunny private pool surrounded by terraces and lounge areas, complemented by a barbecue perfect for al fresco dining. One of the bedrooms is an independent suite located next to the pool, equipped with its own kitchenette, fridge, and en-suite bathroom—offering an intimate and convenient space for those looking for extra privacy within the group.
The exterior is a highlight: a sunny private pool surrounded by terraces and lounge areas, plus a BBQ perfect for al fresco dining. One of the bedrooms is an independent suite next to the pool, equipped with its own kitchenette and fridge—ideal for those seeking extra privacy within the group.
The interior is spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen and a living room that connects directly to the outdoors. The location is excellent: close to supermarkets and restaurants, and just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Cala Ratjada, such as Cala Agulla or Cala Mesquida. While a car is not essential, it is highly recommended to explore Mallorca’s hidden coves and charming villages.
Guest Access: Guests have exclusive use of the entire property, including the private pool, BBQ, AC, high-speed WiFi, and parking.
Interaction: We are available before, during, and after your stay to offer local recommendations and personalized attention.
To ensure a comfortable stay while encouraging responsible energy use, the air conditioning is available for a small, symbolic fee. This helps us prevent excessive consumption, such as when the AC is left running for long periods while the house is empty or with windows open.The cost is €2 for every 4 hours of use throughout the entire property.
