A lot of thought has gone into the modern design and top range fittings & furnishings of this split-level apartment ( 63A ) to make stays pleasant and comfortable. It's on the first floor, with the 2nd bedroom above. The rooms are large and airy and spotlessly clean. The property is in a quiet location on the edge of a residential area at the back of the town, adjacent to a large green with a sports field. It's a 15 minute uphill stroll into to town centre, or a 4 minute drive to the car parks at the top of the town. We enjoyed the walk. Communication with the host ( Katie ) was very good, with prompt replies to any messages. You get the key code to your apartment an hour before arrival, so it is worthwhile giving an arrival time in advance. There is no off-road parking as the spaces by the property belong to the estate agent next door. We thought this might be a problem, but we found space close to the apartment, on the main road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and can heartily recommend it, and will stay here again if we are in the Malvern area in the future.
It wasn't a big problem, and did not affect the enjoyment of our stay, but we were unaware that the host will ask for a £200 damage deposit before they confirm your stay ( understandable with the expense put into the fittings of the property ). This might have been useful to know at the time of booking before payment was made for the stay, as it requires scanning proof of ID and supplying full credit card details. We had booked at very short notice whilst "on the road" on an 11 day round-Britain trip, so would have been unable to cancel if we had been concerned about this and had arrived by train without proof of ID, instead of by car. Luckily we had both to hand. Some potential guests might be uncomfortable with this, but the charge sits in "pending" and is released back after your stay if no damage has been done. We had confirmation of the release 2 days after leaving. It was no issue to us, as we had similar scenarios when booking properties abroad.

The property was very well-maintained, comfortable, and felt welcoming from the moment we arrived. The space was cosy, the location was convenient, and it made our stay really relaxing 😊
Everything was very good overall—comfortable, cosy, and welcoming. Just one small suggestion: adding blinds to the window would make it even better.

Excellent property, very clean, pet friendly, well appointed and easy parking on street. Location good, with Barnards Green a 5 minute walk for shops, cafes, etc. The Morgan pub less than a minute away. Great Malvern about 15 min walk, mainly uphill. Will definitely be back.
