Arriving by car, you can stop temporarily on the street to unload your luggage, taking just a few steps. You can park your car in the street in front of the building, or in the convenient and large covered car park along the street and just 2 minutes from the apartment.

If you arrive by train, leaving Principe Station, you will be just a 6-minute walk from the apartment or for those who love transport, just 4 minutes on the back of a taxi or bus.

Once you reach the building, a complex with the typical characteristics of the ancient Medieval Historic Centre, you will have the opportunity to collect the keys in total autonomy, directly from the safe. It goes without saying the convenience of being able to arrive at any time and in total freedom.

Once you have crossed the entrance door using a numeric code and climbed a few steps to the first floor, you will find the door to your comfortable apartment on the left. Next to it you will have a safe from which to take the keys!

Once you cross the threshold, you will find yourself in the spacious living area, equipped with all comforts such as the essential hot and cold air conditioning. A comfortable double sofa bed is placed right in front of the Smart TV, Full HD high definition with Disney+ account offered by the house. A must for entertaining the little ones on rainy days.

A free WiFi access panel will make you immediately feel at home. The over 500mb/sec will be an indispensable tool for Smart Workers and digital nomads.
Here we also find the generous wardrobe that will allow you to hang your clothes and empty your luggage.

From the entrance, turning left, you will find the dining area equipped with everything you need even for longer stays. A modern hob, a microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle and machine for a good coffee.

Some pods and infusions of various essences are offered on the house.

Finally, a 4-seat table completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds as well as sachets of salt, oil, vinegar and sugar are placed in the various compartments.

Not far away, we find the bathroom, equipped with complete ceramic sanitary ware and a shower with which you can regenerate yourself before going to sleep. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit, consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Bar of Soap and Cap is offered by the house.

At the end of the day, the sleeping area will be waiting for you, located beyond the living room, on the left. Once you enter your intimate and welcoming master bedroom, the very comfortable Queen Size bed will guarantee you quality sleep, after you return from your long days in Liguria or before leaving for a new adventure!

Here too there is a second hot and cold air conditioner which will allow you to always be in an environment at an ideal temperature.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for your stay.

And when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, set in rocky coves where you can go for a swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.

From Genoa, the largest Ligurian city, you will have the opportunity to use every possible means of transport to explore the coast and its beautiful seaside villages or perhaps venture into the hinterland in search of renowned farmhouses or go trekking in the nearby Beigua Park.

Are you a shopping enthusiast and the many shops in the center aren't enough for you? With a relatively short trip out of town you can reach Serravalle with its huge fashion outlet, where you can find your favorite brands.

For those who love good food, we remind you that Liguria offers a variety of recipes famous all over the world and only here you can taste the real Genoese Pesto, Focaccia di Recco and much more.

The Historic Center and the Old Port then change their appearance during aperitif time or after dinner. The more curious will be able to explore the typical Caruggi or Alleys in search of the most suitable place for them.

A few minutes walk away, you will have the world of Genoa at your disposal, from the very famous and beautiful Aquarium to museums and theaters.

The proximity to public transport also makes it an excellent choice for those who have to take a train from Principe Station, a cruise ship via the nearby Maritime Station or why not get to the airport with a bus or taxi
