Clean, Spacious, and Well-Equipped Apartment

Very clean, recently renovated, and spacious - exactly as shown in the photos. It offers many amenities! city maps, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, three towels per person, all the necessary kitchen utensils, microwave, a washing machine, and a really nice coffee maker that works perfectly. It's comfortable and pleasantly surprising given the old building it’s located in. I would definitely stay here again despite the quiet area, as it’s only about five minutes from the aquarium and just on the other side of the city center. 👍

The street where it is located is a bit old and quiet, with very narrow, somewhat maze-like streets. I recommend arriving before it gets too dark, especially if you're coming alone, as it's in the port area. The only thing we missed was a toaster in the kitchen; otherwise, everything was great

A new, modern and comfortable place to stay

The location was great, the access via phone worked flawlessly. Fabio (the owner) was quick to answer back. 2 x aircondition. One in each room. The adult bed was the best bed on our entire vacation. The apartment had everything we needed.

The apartment was tricky to locate. The parking was nearby but relatively expensive. The neighbours was so noisy i had to ask them to quiet down.

Appartamento TOP sul porto antico di Genova

Nuovo pulito e accogliente appartamento a pochi passi dal porto antico, all'acquario e dal centro di Genova. Presenti nell'appartamento qualsiasi cosa: biancheria da bagno e da letto, saponi e shampoo, piatti posate lavatrice e detersivi vari, macchina del caffè con cialde, bollitore e bustine di thé, dépliant e lonely planet per visitare la città. Posizione super comoda anche per uscire a cena con molte osterie e trattorie tipiche vicine. L'host è stato sempre preciso e puntuale tramite messaggio per farci avere tutte le informazioni necessarie. Semplice e comodo l'entrata in appartamento attraverso codici sullo smartphone dopo aver fatto il check in. TOP! A me con Google maps mi ha fatto entrare in Vico dei lavatoi e poi girare a destra, invece bisogna proseguire fino a Vico delle vele e poi girare a sinistra.

Tutto perfetto, soggiorno ottimo. L'unica cosa che sento di segnalare è la distanza dalla stazione principe per chi arriva con il treno e ha vari bagagli. Può risultare un po' scomodo arrivare all'appartamento ma nulla di così grave, noi l'abbiamo fatto a piedi con trolley e 2 bimbi di 5 e 10 anni.

La struttura è in posizione centrale rispetto al porto Antico e facilmente raggiungibile. Appartamento pulito, nuovo, dotato di tutto il necessario. C’era a disposiIone una Lonly Planet della città che ho usato durante la visita della città. Consigliatissimo!

Švarus, patogus, su visais reikalingais buičiai daiktais, vonios rankšluoščiais, gerais oro kondicionieriais butas, patogioje vietoje (netoli yra metro, koncertų arena, vietos pavalgyti). Aiškios atvykimo instrukcijos. Labai ačiū už nakvynes!

Absolutně skvělé ubytování a lokalita

Perfektní lokalita, velmi blízko do přístavu Porto Antico a zároveň do historického centra města. Vynikající a moderní vybavení apartmánu, kompletní kuchyňské vybavení včetně kávovaru. Moderní a čistá koupelna. Blízkost obchodu s potravinami. Parkovat lze v krytém parkovišti cca 3-5 min pěšky u kongresového centra Porto Antiko.

Nelze nic vytknout, někdy je potřeba jen menší trpělivost s elektronickou aplikaci pro přístup do domu a apartmánu.

La struttura è stata molto accogliente così come il suo proprietario! L’host ci ha fatto trovare anche acqua e caffè! Appartamento pulito, comodo e con tutti gli accessori necessari per la vacanza! Posizione ottima! Se dovessimo tornare a Genova prenoterei senza dubbio di nuovo in questa struttura e la consiglio vivamente a famiglie e non solo

Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort e vicinissimo all’acquario. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Unica nota negativa la rumorosità degli inquilini del piano di sopra durante la notte.

Appartamento confortevole nel centro storico

La struttura era pulita e confortevole, il bagno moderno e ristrutturato da poco. Inoltre la posizione è molto comoda se si deve accedere al porto.

I parcheggi in zona sono pochi e quelli a pagamento costano tanto, il che influisce sul soggiorno: sebbene non sia un tema strettamente legato all'appartamento è giusto tenerlo a mente

Super consigliata, ci torneremo!

Bellissimo appartamento a 5 minuti dell'acquario di Genova. Cucina moderna e fornita di tutto il necessario. Locali con climatizzatore e TV con Netflix incluso. Host gentilissimo e reperibile, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli prima del check in. La signora Anna super❣️
