Great location and apartment but to noisy in the street to sleep

Location is great and initial customer service form person providing keys and access to property was fantastic

It is very very noisy in the street and could not sleep more than couple hours WIFI didn’t work and the support ownership of the issue was poor to the point that I gave up late at night

The parking we thought that we would park in the booking but the parking was located 6 minutes from the booking and the Waze and Google maps didn't help us at all we were looking for the booking for 20 minutes and the maps just say you areved at your destination no we didn't

It was very disappointing but I’m sure with a bit more work to rectify the issues it would be perfect

The property was very clean

The beds, pillows too hard & very uncomfortable There were table lamps but no globes in them The main bedroom had no lights so I had to use mobile torch Lounge room fan worked but no light , had to climb up ladder to manually pull down cord so lights came on

Delusione, scomodità totale.

1. Posizione scomodissima in zona ztl con obbligatorio parcheggio a pagamento, non si ha scelta. 2. Zona caotica, piena di movida, impossibile dormire la notte 3. I proprietari sono entrati in appartamento all'improvviso con un terzo doppione di chiavi 4. Ci hanno accolto con appartamento gelido. 5. Ho prenotato per 4 persone ma le stanze erano 3, e se avessi voluto 4 letti con 4 stanza separate non sarebbe stato possibile, ho dovuto far dormire una persona sul divano. 6. Non ci hanno dato informazioni sul wifi, e non hanno risposto su whatsapp per supportarci durante il soggiorno.

Fijne locatie om Genua te ontdekken. De staf was erg behulpzaam.

Centraal gelegen. Goed ingericht en schoon.

Er waren geen horren, we werden lek gestoken door muggen. In mijn slaapkamer was er geen ventilator waardoor ik met raam open nog meer werd gestoken. Er was erg veel kabaal buiten, tot 4-5 uur am, door geen dubbel glas werd slapen lastig.
