Cozy and nice apartment for our stay in Genova

The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. we stayed here just 1 night, but everything was perfect. Communication was also very easy and Massimiliano was very careful to details (leaving water, checking how we want the sofa bed - sofa or bed ready to sleep in). Location wise it was 1 min walk from the bus stop and only 5 stops away from downtown. We definitely recommend this apartment!

Cu siguranta vom reveni

Apartamentul se afla langa statii de autobuz care te pot duce in centru istoric, la Mall, la gara Principe, dar si la statia de autobuz care face legatura cu aeroportul. In apropiere se afla un parc foarte frumos, cu loc de joaca pentru copii de diverse varste. In imediata vecinatate sunt magazine alimentare si pizzerii. Apartamentul este f bine utilat, recent renovat . Pozele din prezentare confirma in totalitate realitatea. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost foarte buna, raspunzand imediat intrebarilor sau cerintelor noastre.

Ein schönes gemütliches Appartement mit recht guter Lage in Genua! Preis-Leistung: top Mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ausgestattet, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, Bustation und Tabacchi direkt vorm Haus. Couch, die ausziehbar ist.

Es könnte etwas mehr Besteck vorhanden sein.

Tolle Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt

Die Wohnung war sehr modern und hübsch eingerichtet und bietet viel Platz. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Küchenutensilien, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank/Gefriertruhe, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und - brett). Es gibt einen großen Kleiderschrank und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Benedetta hat sich von Anfang an ganz toll und schnell gekümmert und hat sich auch während unseres Aufenthaltes erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Von der Wohnung aus kann man Genua in alle Richtungen zu Fuß, per Bus oder Metro erkunden. Wir können diese Adresse nur absolut empfehlen und würden Sie bei einem erneuten Besuch in Genua definitiv wieder wählen.

Negative Aspekte gibt es überhaupt nicht. Es war alles perfekt.

Concierge som var i receptionen på huset mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, dygnet runt.

Allt var mer än bra! Ska jag försöka föreslå något så kanske lite info om vad man måste se och var man kan handla. Men allt var jättebra och ägaren tillgänglig på WhatsApp och svarade direkt på alla frågor.

Buono per il fine per il quale è servito.

L'appartamento è nuovissimo, ben attrezzato e ben arredato con elettrodomestici di buon livello. Molto bene curato. Comodo per chi arriva in autostrada e desidera spostarsi all'acquario ( che è veramente molto vicino). Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile.

Lo stabile nel quale si trovano gli appartamenti è piuttosto malandato ( almeno esteticamente) e anche la zona,seppur non in apparenza pericolosa, non è delle migliori viste. 2 suggerimenti: aggiungere in cucina in dotazione un rotolone carta e fornire il manuale utente e non quello per l'installazione per l'utilizzo aria condizionata.

Tutto perfetto Consiglierei la struttura

L'appartamento è ampio, dotato di tutti i comfort ma soprattutto pulitissimo. Siamo arrivati piuttosto tardi la sera ed è stato rassicurante per me sapere di poter recuperare le chiavi in una portineria aperta h24. Efficiente e professionale la comunicazione con l'host.

L'edificio in cui si trovano gli alloggi lascia un po'a desiderare.
