Good the bad and the nice restaurant around the corner

We needed an overnight stop on a return leg of a European tour so although we had issues it was good for our needs

It was very difficult to gain access to the flat and car park. I am accepting responsibility for not reading all the conditions of access mainly sending a deposit prior to getting the details of entry when I got an email demanding money I suspected it was a scam as it was from an unknown number. This maybe needs to be made more obvious when booking as we had booked 5 other stops on our trip this one was the only one needing a deposit.

Apartment very nice - overall experience not to repeat

The apartment itself is very nice. If I need to evaluate only the apartment I would rate it with 9

I travelled with kids and we stayed for only one night as we were on a long road trip in Christmas. The apartment was cold when we arrived and all windows were open. Building is quite old. Surrounding is definitely in a non-wealthy area. Parking is small for a SUV. 5 min walking from apartment, very inconvenient for luggage transportation. The deal with the owner was quite straight and in the last minute she contacted via WhatsApp asking for a down payment of the deposit of 250€ for only one night otherwise no information about the access to the house would be provided. She is sending a very straight contract as well where is clearly stated, if we do not ask for the refund of the deposit in 14 days, there would be no refund…quite disappointing. I’m writing this review after receiving the deposit (-7€, still I don’t know the reason…) They charge 5€ tourist tax…even for kids

Instructions was so complicated, doors didn’t open & we disturb neighbors a lot to get in from main gate . Owner is not helping at all to get another key

I think the cleaning should be improved. We found a lot of hair on floors . I think cleaning crew could do a better job. That’s the only flaw we had.

Arrive devant l’endroit ka personne via what’s app me demande 250€ de frais de caution sans état des lieux , me voici bloqué car paye ma nuit avec mes 4 enfants fatigue de la route me demande plus de taxe de séjour que normalement. L’emplacement est très mal fait le parking est très loin. Pour trouver l’appartement très compliqué la personne vous envoie plusieurs vidéo on n’y comprend rien j’ai pourtant l’habitude de voyager. L’immeuble est très vieux et vétuste.Vraiment fuyez plus d’un mois de bataille de sms mail téléphone pour me faire rembourser une honte!!!!!!!! Il y a un Novotel juste à côté n’hésitez pas 1sec

Lindo departamento pero complicado para el check in

Apartamento moderno muy lindo de 3 dormitorios recién renovado

Es muy engorroso el check in e incluso Tenes que hacer un depósito de 250 euros de garantía, que luego tenes que reclamar para la devolución cochera a 100 metros y para ingresar al edificio tuvimos que pedir a un vecino que nos abran la puerta ya que las llaves están dentro del departamento Un baño tapado se inundó todo el dormitorio

Je ne recommande pas ce logement

l entrée dans ce logement : une procédure bien trop compliquée qui nous a pris 30 mn au moins ! de plus une caution de 250 euros pour une nuit ! et remboursée 15 j après suite à ma réclamation ( ils attendaient mon Iban ce qui ne m avait pas été mentionné !)et ce remboursement est amputé de 6,80 euros pourquoi ? Sans parler du check in à faire au préalable ( la veille si possible ) avec cni et photo de la personne en même temps ! nous étions 3 couples de seniors et désormais nous renoncerons à ce type d hébergement sur booking lors de ce voyage nous avons loué3 jours une villa à padoue sur plateforme airbnb et nous avons eu un accueil physique et pas de caution!

no me gusto nada no son nada flexibles y cobraron mas de impuestos que los marcado y culparon a Booking. y solicitan mucho de deposito pero nadie te entrega el Departamento y nadie te lo recibe y asi no tienes garantia de un cobro adecuado.

no me gusto nada de hecho se perdio mi estancia ya que lo solicite un dia antes y no fueron nada flexibles para el cheq-in ya que solo lo ocupabamos pafa dormir y llegamos a la estancia en la noche y comebtaton que ya se habia p asado la hora de entrada
