Great, Elegant and Comfy

The owner was really kind and comprehensive. It waited for us by mid day and showed us the apartment and also some places that we could go to eat and visit. The apartment was really Elegant and clean. You could see the fresh cleaning on the floor. It went by that we couldnt see Genoa a little more but if we ever will come back, we will surely come back. The Breakfast was simple but it was really usefull because of the long trip that awaited us. Also during the day we didnt find any problem with the parking

In general was everything good without any issue, I really enjoyed the staying. We were close by the Metro and train station, and the Highway was also really close, so I totally suggest you to come here. If I should find a problem maybe the daylight a little bit low, but the warm colours of it were really comfy

Abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione in orario tardivo, a causa di un'intervento lavorativo prolungatosi. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti del servizio, soprattutto dalla gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff nel farci fare il checkout gratuitamente ben 2h dopo l'orario standard. L'appartamento ordinatissimo e pulito, oltre che comodo. Consigliatissimo.

Pulito Comodo e Cordiale.

L'appartamento è stato super comodo e lo Staff super disponibile. Abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione a tarda notte e ci hanno accolti in modo rapido. L'appartamento poi è veramente spazioso e Bello, la camera da letto con il proiettore mi ha davvero stupito. Poi era pulito e la colazione è stata soddisfacente con diverse scelte di croissant e snack vari, è stato un momento di Relax e comfort dopo la giornata incredibilmente complicata che abbiamo avuto. Spero vivamente di tornare a Genova e sono Super Consigliati.

Nie polecam tego obiektu, chyba że ktos lubi wszędzie brud i smród to wtedy polecam

W obiekcie było brudno, jakby długo nie było sprzątany. Brud w łazience, szczególnie pod prysznicem wszędzie wielotygodniowe zabrudzenia. Pościel śmierdziała stęchlizną i nie sprawiała wrażenia świeżej. Generalnie nic dobrego o tym obiekcie nie można powiedzieć poza tym, że jest to duże mieszkanie ale zupełnie nie dało minimum komfortu. Brak czajnika i tłumaczenie, że możemy sobie zalać herbatę wodą z ekspresu do kawy który pryskał po całej kuchni, dramat. Obiekt na 4 osoby dorosłe i tylko jakieś 2 kubki na herbatę. Przyjechaliśmy późno w nocy więc nie mogliśmy już szukać niczego innego, bo wcześnie rano czekała nas dalsza podróż. Pan który na przyjmował miły i sympatyczny ale to nic nie może zmienić naszych wrażeń, a raczej mega porażki. Próba wymyślania, że nie zgłosiliśmy psa wcześniej i dziecka, gdzie wszystko było zaznaczone w formularzu booking. To twierdzili że mimo oznaczenia w booking dziecka i psa to powinniśmy zadzwonić i zapytać jeszcze. Mógłbym tutaj pisać dużo więcej ale myślę że to wystarczy. Generalnie jeśli na taki standard daje ktoś takie oceny jakie ma ten obiekt to coś tutaj nie gra. W tych pieniądzach hotele mają lepsze standardy.

صاحب المكان كذاب ومراوغ الاثاث غير نظيف ومستخدم تسليم المكان تم الساعه التاسعه مساء بسبب عدم جاهزيته وهذا مخالف للانظمه الاثاث سئ وغير نظيف وقديم ويفتقد الي كل مبادي الاحترام ادوات المطبخ قديمه وغير نظيفه الإفطار للاسف محظر من ساعه استلام السكن يعني الساعه التاسعه مساء ويقول هذا فطر الحمام سي وأدواته قديمه والشامبو مستخدم أجهزه التدفئه سيئه

L'appartamento è moderno ed elegante, con il proprietario che era davvero gentile e disponibile. Il posteggio sotto casa era comodo e non è stato difficile da trovare, la zona estremamente tranquilla e comoda.

La televisione, se fosse stata più grande sarebbe stato meglio.

Moderno ed elegante.

L'appartamento è estremamente nuovo ed elegante, la zona molto tranquilla e abbastanza comoda la metro è vicina. Stiamo viaggiando per lavoro e dobbiamo essere comodi. Il posteggio non è difficile da trovare. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, sicuramente consiglio per questo. Consigliato per chi viaggia per lavoro in quanto è un'ambiente tranquillo e dotato di ogni comfort.

Forse la colazione l'avrei resa un po più vasta, comunque fra brioche biscotti, caffè e tisane varie la scelta non manca, sicuramente non è un'hotel ma non mi è dispiaciuta.

Sehr enttäuschend

Zunächst hatten wir ein anderes Appartement gebucht, dann aber wurde uns dieses vom Vermieter zugewiesen, da das gebuchte angeblich nicht funktionstüchtig war. Kommunikation und auch die Schlüsselübergabe waren unkompliziert. Die Lage lässt sich nicht wirklich beurteilen, wir haben das Appartement nur zur Durchreise gebucht.

Wir mussten sofort entscheiden, welche beiden der drei Zimmer wir wählen, das dritte Zimmer wurde dann abgeschlossen... Im Flur befindet sich eine Videokamera, das Bad war noch voller Haare auf dem Boden. Das "Frühstück" bestand sich aus vier abgepackten, lange haltbaren Papp-Croissants sowie h-Milch. Kein Tee, keine Butter, keine Konfitüre - gar nichts. Extra-Zahlung von 9 EUR für die Taxe. Nachdem wir dem Vermieter unsere Kritik zukommen ließen, gab es dann keine Kommunikation mehr...
