The location was easy to find and within walking distance to where we needed to go and lots of other attractions. It was in a quiet area and the flat itself was clean and tidy. Contact with the host was easy and when I hadn't received my email with the access details for the property I was able to reach them on the phone.
The front door to the building was a little stiff and took some wiggling with the key to get access. Inside the property the batteries in the TV remote were dead which meant we couldn't really use the TV at all, also the bed was a little rickety but still comfy enough to sleep on.

A little gem, I wasn't convinced at first as the entrance hall is quite deceiving, but the apartment was stunning and in the most convenient location.
The staff were extremely helpful, responded very quickly and went out of their way to post a couple of things I had forgotten as next day delivery!!!

The location was nice as it was near the Leith Walkway so handy for walking or cycling and with easy access to the centre. It was clean and tidy and the owner gave clear communication.
People need to be aware there is no free parking between 08:30am and 17:30pm Mon-Fri. The owner did suggest to park nearby on Ferry Road. There was also a slight damp smell to the flat but no signs of damp at all so I think it's just down to it being an old building. The locks are also a little stiff at times.
