We offer our guests discounted ferry rates, issuing tickets with Moby or Toremar with discounts between 20% and 30%, or we send a link with a discount code for self-ticketing with low-cost companies like Blunavy or Corsica Ferries. We also offer discounted rentals for scooters and e-bikes.

The large master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, ensuring peaceful nights of rest. The bathroom is complete with a sink, bidet, shower box, and washing machine for your convenience.
The apartment has an external parking area with a gate, ensuring your peace of mind and security. The location is perfect for sea lovers, being close to the tranquil Magazzini beach.
Important Notes:
– Arrival: from 16:00 to 19:00, arrivals after 19:30 are accepted with a supplement of €40.00. – Departure: by 09:00. – Linen: the apartments do not provide bed and bath linen. It can be rented up to 7 days before the arrival date. The cost is €40 for the double set and €20 for the single set, to be paid on-site and collected at our office in Portoferraio. – Pets are not allowed. – Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
