The holiday accommodation Il Quartiere Apartment Montecristo is perfect for a relaxing holiday with your loved ones. Overlooking the Spiaggia del Relitto, the historic house the apartment is situated in underwent a thorough renovation in 2016. Thanks to its unique location directly on the sea, its guests can enjoy a wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful corners of the Costa del Sole, in the small fishing village of Pomonte. The flat is located on the second and last floor and from all of the windows you can enjoy a wonderful sea view, which makes it feel like the house is floating on the waves of Pomonte. It is a bright and spacious three-room apartment with very high ceilings and consisting of 2 double bedrooms (one with a third single bed) and a large living room with a sofa bed (160 cm x 200 cm). The modern open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction hob and a column fridge. The 80 m² property is also equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV and can accommodate 7 people. A free communal washing machine in the laundry room is also available to guests.
The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a small open terrace equipped with a table and chairs for aperitifs in front of the spectacular sunsets. A shared garden is also available for your use.
Just 10m from the house lies the Spiaggia del Relitto (Beach of the Wreck), which owes its name to the wreck of a cargo ship that sank in 1972 just 150m from the shore. The wreck, which lies on the seabed at a depth of 2m - 13m, can easily be reached by swimming or with a pedalo and can be seen by swimming on the surface with a diving mask. Don't miss the spectacle of the wreck and its many colourful inhabitants: the local fish!
