The holiday apartment 'Il Quartiere - Giglio' is located in the small fishing village of Pomonte and impresses guests with its close proximity to the beach. Overlooking the Spiaggia del Relitto, this historic house underwent a thorough renovation in 2016. Thanks to its unique location directly on the sea, you will enjoy a wonderful holiday in one of the most beautiful corners of the Costa del Sole.
The 80 m² property 'Giglio', located on the mezzanine floor, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs and a tall fridge, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom overlooks the sea) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (throughout the property), air conditioning in all rooms, a washing machine as well as cable TV.
Your private outdoor area includes an open terrace where you can have an evening glass of wine while enjoying relaxing sea views.
A shared outdoor area, consisting of a garden and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use.
The "beach of the wreck" is partly free, partly equipped with umbrellas and deck chairs in the summer months. From this beach, you can go swimming with masks and fins or rent a pedal boat to see one of Elba's greatest attractions: the wreck of the Elviscott, a ship that sank in 1972, just 180m from the coast. The highest part of the wreck can be seen just a few meters below sea level.
Pomonte is a real jewel on the Costa del Sole: two more granite beaches, a large cliff and a small town center are just a few of its many attractions.
