Grosszügiges Haus in TOP Lage
Die Lage ist wirklich top, direkt am Strand. Sehr schön mit gedeckter Terasse, um draussen zu essen und grosszügigem Balkon. Grosser Umschwung. Zimmer sind hell und mit den 3 Bäder kommt mal gut aneinander vorbei mit vielen Leuten. Das Städtchen ist eher klein, gemütlich und auch sehr schön, man kann sich verweilen.
Leider war die Grundausstattung etwas mager. Kein Toilettenpapier, weder Salz noch Pfeffer, keine Küchenlappen oder Küchentücher. Jetzt im Frühjahr eher kühl im Haus, Hausschuhe sehr empfehlenswert. Man könnte jedoch auch heizen und in der heissen Saison ist es bestimmt top. Liegestühle müssten mal ersetzt werden, sowie auch die Stühle auf dem Balkon.

Когда мы приехали в дом, его ни кто не подготовил, внутри стоял жесткий запах плесени и влажности. Внутри дома было 15 градусов и В НЕМ НЕТ ОТОПЛЕНИЯ в каждой комнате. Есть только два пелет котла в зале и в коридоре на втором этаже, которые при перегреве выдают ошибку о перегреве или открытой двери. Потому ты или спишь в холоде либо всю Ночь следишь за котлом. Далее нас шокировало что все кровати были не застелены, девочка которая ни хотела представляться сказала, что мы должны сами все застилать, хотя мы указали им изначально чтобы они застелили все кровати. Внутри дома везде трещины и много плесени так как дом стоит у моря и его не отапливают должным образом. Написано что есть кондиционер))) но не написано что он в доме всего одни, а не в каждой комнате. Владельцы вводят в заблуждение клиента. Если хочется сдавать недвижимость ее надо для начала подготовить.
