The appt. was of recent construction and absolutely impeccable. Great facilities, comfortable beds and perfect bathroom. Two ACs allow for great comfort in the rooms, plus the fact that electricity and water heater are fed by renewables is great in terms of sustainability. There is also a table for lunch/dinner outside which is in a well ventilated spot, so it is always rather cool and comfortable. Location was absolutely perfect within 5-10min walking distance of amazing beach spots for families and sports alike. Two supermarkets are within short distance but better if reached by car (see comment below). We booked the towels and linens: they were of high quality and super clean, albeit pricey for a family.
Please include a mosquito VAPE type of device and few tablets with the appt., to avoid that first night of bites, as is custom in other seaside places. The following comments have to do with MarinaDC/Elba more generally, not with the appt. There is no sidewalk in sections of the road that connected with the city center, so that pedestrians have to share with cars along the busy main road. Hence, while the walk to the beach was safe, we found ourselves driving for shopping trips. Also, we found the schedule and method of waste collection to be complex, especially for short stays. The city might consider installing a few collection points where waste can be brought to for disposal/recycling to facilitate the visitor experience.

the owners are very kind and friendly. Very quiet area, the beach is at10 minutes walk.
after i paid for the accommodation i was charged separately for towels and sheets.
