Grande terrasse ombragée, place de parc, plein pied, proche du village, de la plage et des commerces.
Le bruit de la route toute proche. Entretien de la robinetterie à la salle de bain. Mériterait un rafraîchissement à l’intérieur.

Well-designed, large house, large shaded terrace. Excellent A/C. Ample parking
Shortest distance to beach, which is via a sun-drenched and busy main road by the Conad store, is 1000m+ per Google maps. The garden is next to this main road, motorbikes are noisy at times. It is not a stand-alone house, some appartment is adjacent and their terrace is near the main bedroom window - we had to keep the windows closed at night. We never used the fireplace as bushes are touching it and are above the chimney, as the garden is dry and not maintained.
